The pirated version of Mist Survival begins with the protagonist waking up in an abandoned house with no memories of the past. The only thing he knows is that most of the population has disappeared, and the remaining people have either died or become brutal marauders.
All this occurs under the pressure of a mysterious fog that kills everyone who enters it. To survive, the player must search for and add resources to their inventory, craft items and weapons, and build shelters to protect themselves from the fog and enemies. The hero must also monitor their physical needs, such as hunger, thirst, and fatigue, to avoid dying from these factors.
As the Mist Survival survivors, the protagonist will encounter dangerous marauders and other survivors, whom they will have to fight or flee. The player must also be careful and avoid entering the fog, as it poses a deadly threat.
Gradually, the hero will unlock fragments of their memory and gain insight into their situation, unravelling the mystery of the fog epidemic and attempting to find a path to salvation.
